Delivery-
Free Royal Mail 2nd class delivery on all items. Please appreciate in some cases this can take up to three weeks, as some items may need to be made to order. If you have requested a bespoke item dispatch time will be discussed before checkout. Overall I will prioritise each order and will aim to dispatch as soon as physically possible (I like to keep my customers happy).
If you are in a super duper hurry to receive your items for what ever reason feel free to contact me and I'm sure we can work something out between us.
I am a Mum and this business is aimed to work around family life which I'm sure most people can understand is, it can be difficult at times. You will be contacted if there is a possibility of a delay with a chance of a refund.
Returns-
I truly do hope you love your item. I really want to make you happy. If there is a problem with the product I have sent you, please contact me to see if I can resolve the issue. If I cannot, a full refund will be given on return of the item as long as it is in it's original condition with no damage/alterations. This will be using the same mail class as it was sent and at your expense.
I cannot accept returns on personalised items because of their nature. Unless of course they have been damaged in transit. In this case I will require photographic evidence within 24 hours of your receipt. I will then open a claim with Royal Mail. In this case refunds can take up to 30 days.
Lost-
If you have not received your item(s) within 10 days of your dispatch email please contact me so that I can open a claim with Royal Mail. In this case refunds can take up to 30 days.
If you require a bespoke item, different to what is offered in the shop this must be discussed with myself before purchase. I can be contacted via the shop, Facebook or email ([email protected]).
Unfortunately, I cannot get started on any order until it is paid in full. Sadly there is no exceptions.
I have all the relevant insurance required.
